1. Name of the Recipient
2. Skype Username
3. Video Date Requested (Monday-Friday) along with 3 different time requests (between the hours of 10AM-6PM EST)
4. Personalized request(s) and event type
5. Anything special that you would like Ric Flair® to say

Please Note: In the event client engages in inappropriate behavior or language, celebrity has the right to terminate the Skype session. Once we confirm via email, please make your nonrefundable payment through PayPal on this website. The video will not be booked until payment is received and the date is confirmed by us via email.
